Health Maintenance Services at BWell Healthcare are designed to provide convenient, affordable, and comprehensive care for your everyday medical needs. Our services start at $75 and include routine wellness exams, acute visits for common illnesses such as cough, cold, flu, congestion, nausea, vomiting, and other basic acute care concerns. This also includes one prescription when medically appropriate. An initial wellness visit is also $75 with one prescription included; if a three-month prescription supply is required, the visit fee is $125. We operate on a cash-pay basis only, and payment is due at the time of booking. Pricing is tiered based on the type and complexity of care, with higher fees for services such as mental health consultations, specialty evaluations, or more complex medical concerns compared to routine checkups. Additional services such as lab testing, extra prescriptions, referrals, or advanced diagnostics may increase the total cost of care. Pricing may also vary based on location, market factors, and telehealth availability to ensure fair and consistent access to care. B Well Health & Aesthetics provides healthcare services in accordance with applicable Louisiana state laws and regulations. Telemedicine services are available to established patients located within the state of Louisiana at the time of the visit and are not intended to replace in-person emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
All services are offered on a self-pay basis only. Payment is due at the time of booking. Fees are based on visit type, medical necessity, and clinical complexity. Additional services such as laboratory testing, diagnostic studies, referrals, or additional prescriptions may result in additional charges.
